Cornelius is located on the southernmost part of Lake Norman and is conveniently located within 20 minutes of Uptown Charlotte. Cornelius is a small town with a big influence! It’s close proximity to the lake, Davidson, Birkdale Village and Uptown makes this little town one of the most active areas of Lake Norman. This town is full of restaurants, grocery stores (Whole Foods), medical options, breweries and live music. For those seeking waterfront restaurants, you’ll find the famous Hello Sailor and Port City Club, where locals go for dining, drinks and atmosphere by land and boat. Cornelius is home to Ramsey Creek park that offers beachfront swimming and Jetton Park. For our four legged friends and beer lovers, there’s Lucky Dog Bark and Brew.
